SALVIA.. THE LEGAL DRUG?

WARNING: VIDEOS NOT FOR KIDS. PLEASE USE PROPER DISCERNMENT.

After it was televised last week that a San Francisco candy maker was mixing marijuana with it’s candies, and how some Cebu kids were downed by “Ube mint candy” from China, I felt it was best to discuss what I would refer to as the new psychedelic ingredient sweeping the nation ..Salvia.

Salvia divinorum can be chewed or smoked to produce experiences ranging from uncontrollable laughter to much more intense and profoundly altered states. The duration is much shorter than for some other more well known psychedelics; – the effects of smoked Salvia typically lasting for only a few minutes. The most commonly reported after-effects include an increased feeling of insight and improved mood, and a sense of calmness and increased sense of connection with nature, though much less often it may also cause dysphoria (unpleasant or uncomfortable mood). Salvia divinorum is not generally understood to be toxic or addictive.(SOURCE)

And as the last line states it not to be “toxic or addictive,” I believe it is good for business. One wouldn’t have to put marijuana on candies anymore, and it will only down people for a few minutes. Best of all.. IT’S LEGAL! I don’t know if there’s enough basis to control or regulate this “ingredient” but as of date, NOTHING. I even found Salvia sold online $20 per packet ..very cheap! Lolz!

As far its effects… YouTube is flooded with “Salvia Trips.” Check it out!

Still better than this guy. Video games are more addicting!

  1. lolz. they sell it online. dunno if it’s available in manila but i still cant believe it’s legal! i mean the videos show how it affects people.. the issue has been looked into since 2005. somehow, don’t have enough reason to regulate it.
