The New Hobby - Wakeboarding!
Published by Aethen on 1.11.09 at 20:16
Last week, we went to the South, CWC (CamSur WaterSports Complex), CamSur for a short vacation that was extended for 2 more days because of the typhoon threat in the province. It was indeed the coolest weekend ever! I learned the art of wakeboarding in their cable park there. I was inspired and was able to practice some stunts and played wakeboarding with a jump start. Now, it will be my new hobby and sport.
On that vacation, I realized that wake boarding was a good athletic exercise for abdomenal and body build up. I hope to do it often (with friends) as hobby. We also have witness the best Asians riders compete for the top rank in the 3rd stop of the Asian Wakepark Tour which is the 2nd Asian Wakepark Championship in CWC. We joined and watched also the premiere of Aquafrolics: A Wakeskate movie at the Poolside and party with the people there. Also pack of candies and fun were given to us for joining trick or treating in our last minute in the place before we went back to Manila.

I'll go back South soon, CamSur, I miss you. Will visit Caramoan soon too.

this is the projection you get, mark. (talk about psychology). anyway, congrats sa masayang experience mo!
uy, wakeboarding ... as much as i love watching watersports for obvious an reason, mamamatay ako sa tubig.:(
ang magagawa ko lang talaga ay mainggit...
@beans: next time sama ka Caramoan Islands. Wakeboarding naman not in cable park but by jetski! Next year maybe.
@Jerico: takot ka sa tubig? Come and go South, try some water sports. I will save u in case malunod ka! Hehe.
@Dencio: Punta tayo dyan pag-uwi mo Pinas ;)

Ayos, sana maging bisyo na ito. Para buwan-buwan, pakalat-kalat ka sa Bicol at maging isa ka nang naturalized uragon. Gudlak sa bagong hobby. :p
Ang gastos kaya ng hobby na 'to. Maybe will do it 4 times a year ;) Will start formally next year. career na 'to ;)

naku paborito ko rin to. sino nga ba ang ayaw nito. kaka addict kaya gusto ko na rin masubukan yung sa batangas.
Adrenaline rush. It's nice to have a new hobby. How much ang gastos?
@Kuya dong, sama ako sa batangas! Hiramin ko wakeboard ng kaibigan ko. When ka punta doon kuya? Sobrang nakaka-addict, lalo na pag nachchallenge ka sa stunts and tricks. Astig!
@Fine Life Folk. Dude, ang cool ng site mo. Nagutom tuloy ako pagbisita ko dun.
Yeah! the Adrenaline rush! Gastos? It was free for three (3) days. We were accommodated by Gov. Villafuerte! But on my next visit, I will spend for it, worth it naman :)
This hobby is expensive but fun and challenging.
naks! i love that activity... sayang walang money.. nice gawa mo sangay!
Thanks! Na-try mo na ba because sabi mo, "i love this activity"? hehe.
