adventure at star city
Last Night, I went there together with my friends, Jomae and Penny. We really have had great fun there and we tried all the rides there for only 450.00 pesos, ride all you can promo. Good thing, I have had my cash advance in my part time tutorial job.
Among the rides I remembered that I enjoyed were the Wild River, Jungle log jam, 360-degree Zyklon Loop, Viking, Surf Dance, Bumper Cars, Galactic, and other few I can’t recall but my favorite of all is the Surf Dance and second to it is the Wild River. I’m amused also when we entered the very cold castle of ice which they called the King of the Jungle (Ice Palace), and was horror-struck (a little bit) in Western Ghost Town and at Gabi ng Lagim, and was also entertained by the educational Dino Land (Is that what they called it?) and Mummy Tomb.
I can rate it to be a world-class attraction which provide Filipino family, students, and professionals the amusement they rightfully deserve. It is not only an entertainment center but also a venue where shopping, food, rides, and walk-through amusement halls were hold center stage.
I heard that today, Star City is tagged as the “Entertainment Center of the Philippines” with the creation of the Star Theater.
My most favorite ride, the Surf Dance. It rode it twice. Alone in my second ride because Penny and Jomae don't want to do it again.P.s. Will be serious and focus on my study next week. Pray for me, guys. :)

It was the first special awards night organized in the University and it was [very] formal. The administrators and faculties were the people who organized the event for the students. They serve as ushers and usherettes of the nominees in awarding ceremony. It was like an OSCARS Awards – because of the presence of the red carpet, the spotlight, the background sound that thrilled and exited the audience, and the witty and humorous emcee in a event’s formal atmosphere.

this summer
This summer I might be in Aklan for a vacation. My brother owns a souvenir store in
I have a mixed feeling right now about what will be next after graduation. I feel unease and anxiety. Will I have a job right away? Will I survive the world of work? I feel not prepared. I feel not ready marching.
I feel that way, while, my other classmates were excited about the day and ending their days in school. I can hear them talking about their future, their plans, vacation on summer, the facelift Palm Beach, and all sort of things that make them excited.

image of end
Just this after I got my graduation picture. It was digital and edited. I appear clean and nice-looking in my picture. It was taken by the tessar, the official photo shop of the University. They do photo-editing services, developing, and they also offer video coverage for special events.
The photo shop was partnered by our school because they are the only photo shop in
My classmates got their graduation pictures also. You laughed at how different we appear in person and in picture. Some really look different because some impurities on their face were removed (edited) by the technology.
But, one guy from IT Department feels unfortunate because his damaged and darkened tooth was not edited. He was disappointed because he had a great smile and he love to smile always in picture taking.
Donna, an IT student, recommended using Lumineers by Cerinate a good option. Lumineers are branded veneer option to have a nice new smile that can improve your confidence and self esteem.
She added that if you are to compare lumineer veneer prices to other option of veneer, you will surely save a big part of your budget – the cost is cheaper.
[I will be posting my graduating picture soon]

SOCCSarGen bloggers meetup
Coffee Club 101 is situated at Grab-a-Crab Restaurant, Laurel St., General Santos City. The place is cool and commodious, making it a suitable place for whooping experience treat, relaxing break, and mainly coffee treat gatherings and at night, yet, it’s big enough to hold business meetings and even romantic date.
The coffee trip's arrangement was an afternoon treat, Mr. Mike Wee, owner of Coffee Club 101, did not hesitate to generously serve us with both hot and cold coffees and also with tasteful cakes. They served us almost everything they got from their menu.
The group discussed the Blog seminar I have had organized zealously and we were too excited for more events like this in the future.
(Espresso Chillino Mocha Vanilla and Old Fashioned Chocolate Cake)
Each of us had dipped, nipped, and sipped the taste of its coffee specialty and tartlets and cakes which will give you a whooping experience. I had Mocha Vanilla, a blending of espresso, mocha, and vanilla cream as crown of the coffee presentation which is perfect for a cold soothing feeling you will surely savor- an Espresso Chillino experience. I had tasted also the coffee shop’s Date Toffee Pudding and Old Fashioned Chocolate Cake were sugary sweet and syrupy pastry.
Visit Coffee Club 101 for great coffee experience!

change now
Is it only for the people who too lazy to change? Why people fuss over it during the new year's day? When one can have resolutions any months to work-on and live during.
But I believe in making resolutions. It’s a beautiful expression of a desire to change for the better, not because the calendar demands it, but because the person finds in him the need to.
"To do what one has accomplished to do, he must realize, at the very onset, that he is unable. Yes, this is the irony—realize you are unable, and then you become able–because the strength ultimately comes from God. It is God who effects the change in us. Man can only do so much. By realizing his need, a person must come to the One who is able, ask for His grace, and, if He so wills it, He will provide the means for some form of change."We shouldn’t wait for another year to change our bad habits or to do something glorifying to God.
If we must change, then it must be now.
It’s a great year ahead of us. God bless.

God has been so gracious as to give me this most wonderful time with my family and friends for Christmas. There are still many things to do. Projects for the PMYC, programs in the department council, pathways tutorial which will finally be possible this year because the LGU of Polomolok gave us already the budget amounting to 90K and 20k from LGU of Banga for the implementationof the academic enrichment program (yepey!) ...and finish two case studies in Ethics and review two books for computer networks due this coming back to school.

Does anyone of you have read the books, "The Cathedral and Bazaar" by Eric S. Raymund and "The History of the Future: Origins of the Internet" by John Noughton?
I am soliciting some of your ideas or you can give me some insights regarding the books. I have to review these books as a requirement in Computer Networks. I have read the two books already but I want to hear your from other readers their reviews also. :)
